I'm an extremely fussy car owner and purchaser and Pumpkin Fine Cars checked all the boxes for me. They provided me with many detailed photos, a detailed video, along with an extensive maintenance history of the Lexus RX350 I was interested in. The team also answered my many questions regarding the vehicle. I live approximately 4 hours away from their location, so I wanted to gather as much information as possible before making the trip for a test drive. As with any long distance purchase, a long drive and the anxiety that accompanies a trip, hoping that your invested time would not be wasted. Well the car and the team at Pumpkin far exceed my expectations, presentation of the car was a 10! They had the car on their showroom floor, ready for my inspection and test drive. My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

They were honest, I needed a vehicle and it had to be something to get me to work and back. The dealership has need kind enough to let me know the shortcomings of the truck as well as even sweeten the deal a little bit by lowering the actual price a little, for all in all it was a good solid foundation ran good no other issues other than the brake cable which I can definitely replace and I'm happy with it. The entire process from looking at it to signing the papers was less than an hour and I was out within 2 hours driving the vehicle home. For those that Wonder they put paper plates on so you can leave right away once you add it to your insurance and then they'll mail you your real place in a few days to a week pretty good.
