The main reason we chose to buy from Auto Lenders was our first impression/experience visiting the dealership with Chris White. Being a salesman, he of course wanted to know what he could do for us to purchase a vehicle that day but, when told we were just starting to look, he understood and did not pressure us further. The sales people at the other dealership we were seriously considering were behind pushy - a very intense, uncomfortable experience. The vehicle there was still a contender when we went back to Auto Lenders since it was a year newer and had navigation, but Chris worked with us on getting a good warranty and low APR so we were within our budget. I would definitely recommend Auto Lenders Williamstown, and specifically Chris White, to anyone who is looking for a low-mileage well-kept certified pre-owned vehicle! More

Very disappointed considering Auto Lenders reputation! The salesman (Ross) and finance manager were very unprofessional! The salesman took advantage of my cousin who is not legally competent to buy a car, they took trade of a car that my mother is co-signor w/out her being present to consent to the trade in! When my 63 year old disabled mother and cousin went back to dealership first thing in the morning, they were bullied by first the salesman then the finance manager. My mother called me while I was at work to help her with the situation. I spoke to both the salesman and finance manager who were also trying to bully and bluff me. After calling corporate headquarters and advising both of them over and over that the credit app was invalid as well as the fact that my mother was not signing off on the trade in, they finally gave the car back to them! And to top it off, they told her they could not put the tags back on the car for her b/c they "didn't have a screwdriver". Shame on Auto Lenders of Williamstown! More
