Financially, we were not planning on adding a car payment to our household budget, but had no choice due to VERY necessary & VERY costly repairs needed on my 2002 Toyota RAV-4. Rather than sink so much money into a 10+ year old car, we opted to buy a gently used SUV. We had a set budget and everyone tried their best to help us with that limitation. Everybody there was incredibly nice and efficient, especially my salesman Matt, and Santiago, and even the Vice President congratulated me on my purchase. None of the back and forth one has to endure at the traditional dealerships.
