To his credit, Elias followed up and we ended up buying the next day. After putting the down payment, we took the car for the weekend. When we came back on Monday to finalize the paperwork, we noted that we had two rock chips on the windshield one of which we witnessed during a weekend drive. Without blinking, the finance manager, Ben, said that they would fix them. They did not have to do this, but they did. I think they want happy customers.
