Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond This morning I woke up to a flat tire and I was late getting my son to school and had an important seminar to get to. Frantically I called AUTO MAX This morning I woke up to a flat tire and I was late getting my son to school and had an important seminar to get to. Frantically I called AUTO MAX USA because I had purchased my car from them and didn't know what to do. Ruben answered the phone. He doesn't know me, nor was he the salesman who had sold me my car but he dropped everything and drove to my house to help me. He jacked up my car, helped me air up my tires and did everything he could to help me... including give me quarters for an airing station! He didn't have to help me. There is nothing in it for him except my gratitude. He was well dressed, polite and kind and I just can't say enough about what he did to help me today! He went above and beyond! Auto Max USA is great and I totally recommend the customer service you will get from them and Ruben. I can tell he cares about people, so he won't steer you wrong! Thanks again Ruben!
