TL;DR they're a higher end version of a 'buy here, pay here' lot. I researched the car I wanted for months & found it at the right price on their lot. I drove 6 hours out of state, financing in hand to see & drive it. The salesman swore the car would get a thorough check & cleaning before delivery. There was a bad tire the needed changing, the salesman admitted later to bringing it to a discount tire shop for the replacement. The shop dinged up the rim, broke the tire pressure monitor, & didn't replace it. Within roughly 3 weeks of physically having the vehicle the AC condenser popped upon start up. My husband called about both issues, there has been no viable response. I was never offered warranty options during the purchase. Yes they do have a huge selection of vehicles. Yes the vehicle was clean & didn't have excess miles upon delivery to me-- something I was concerned with due to having to have it delivered after purchase. It stayed in their possession a week after the sale. Would I recommend this dealership? No. They are a stereo-typical car lot. Patronizing salespeople, zero accountability. & they don't seem to have an actual service department that does more than detail the vehicles. More
