Izzy was so very helpful and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. We were welcomed immediately. The showroom and lounge were very clean and modern. Purchased my Jeep in May 2025, by December 2025 needed rear differential changed. 2 techs told me any reputable dealership would have serviced the differential. They said it looked like the fluid had neve rear differential changed. 2 techs told me any reputable dealership would have serviced the differential. They said it looked like the fluid had never been changed and there was metal in the fluid. I have done no off-roading, only daily driving in town. Not happy with the money I had to spend to get this fixed. The Purchase experience was good, Cheryl was good and did not pressure us, but the repairs after the sale are majorly disappointing and upsetting, and has cost us financial stress at christmas time in a world that is already heard to survive in. More
