I bought a 2016 Ford Focus on the 16th of September. The saleswoman was friendly and easy to work with. The car has no warranty and over 92,000 miles on it. I was told they were checking on it over and over (the car came from Michigan city). I've called multiple times, and dropped by the dealership. Today I get a phone call...there is no extra key. I guess I get to pay for that too. BTW...I paid the full amount for the car the day I bought it. It took 16 days to be told...we lied. Your sign said you were under new management...like the old management was bad for business. If this is the way you do business...nothing's changed. Thanks for nothing. The best part...I have to go into a dealership to buy a key. Ford will not provide one unless I do. That's not going to happen. I'll sell the car before I go back to the dealer. More
