Excellent Service I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in due to the rear passenger inner door panel sticking and popping off of the frame. My warranty had already expired, an I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in due to the rear passenger inner door panel sticking and popping off of the frame. My warranty had already expired, and I was expecting a huge bill. Instead of replacing the entire panel, the dealership ordered new pins (improved design since I bought the car), and replaced the pins. And didn’t charge me a dime, even though they rightfully could have. They were quick and thorough. I was stunned that a dealership would do this. Excellent service!!! More

Angelo made our new car buying experience the most enjoyable and painless one ever. With the expert help of Scott Clausing, Angelo found us the perfect car and they gave us an absolutely incredible deal on our trade-in. When we picked the car up Angelo was on top of everything, explaining all the car's new technology, etc., and making sure all the paperwork was done so we didn't have to be there for hours doing the final papers/financing. The finance manager was quick, polite and efficient, fastest car purchase ever! The support staff and other sales people were also very nice and helpful. There is definitely something to be said for shopping at what I consider a comfortable "home town" dealership instead of those big city car lots. So... in summation, we are thrilled with our experience at this dealership and not only will we buy our next car there, our entire extended family will shop there too! More

Scott Cizewski the sales manager gave us a very fast and excellent trade-in allowance. Kenny then introduced us to Joe Guannuscio the service manager and Rachel Rossi the service advisor and they were very helpful in their future maintenance advice for the vehicle. I can see why they called this place BIG, it's recently been completely remodeled and is just a very beautiful dealership. Very comfortable and friendly environment, huge showroom of new Fords and Lincolns. Their website was the best and most comprehensive that I've ever seen. Virtually every question was answered on every page. All in all, my wife and I were in and out of there in less than an hour and a half completely satisfied with the full transaction. This is how a modern Dealership should be done. No pressure, no haggling, no finance manager tricking you into things that you don't need, just honest straightforward business. I don't usually write reviews, but I had been to other dealerships within the past week, and after a lot of pressured and dubious behavior from them, I was thrilled with the experience at BIG. I've been a car buyer for 45 years, this was the best experience ever. Don't waste your time, go to these guys. I'm sure you'll agree. More
