CJ at Auto Park Ford has again exceeded the very-high expectations I have for their service department. Professional diagnosis, rapid repair, terrific result! Took my recently-purchased 2018-F150 LTD i expectations I have for their service department. Professional diagnosis, rapid repair, terrific result! Took my recently-purchased 2018-F150 LTD in at 26,000 miles, for an oil change. Mentioned the engine had a cold-start rattle and vibration buzz on acceleration/deceleration. In less than 30-seconds CJ found TSB-20-2315, worn Variable Camshaft Timing unit and TSB 20-2016 excessive play in turbo wastegate linkage. The repairs were completed days before I expected. Special thanks to the mechanic who did the work. Best of all, on the trip back home, mpg increased from 17.5-18.0 mpg to 21.9 mpg!! As I'd hoped, with the turbos no longer dumping boost through the waste gate, mpg jumped dramatically. Thanks, CJ! Thanks service techs! Thank you Auto Park Ford! More

Once again the service from Sommer Nichols was very helpful and professional as well as Brandon Kroupa. I am still having an issue with my courtesy dome lights staying on and not shutting off unless I helpful and professional as well as Brandon Kroupa. I am still having an issue with my courtesy dome lights staying on and not shutting off unless I mess with the dash dimmer switch , shut truck of and restart, or open and close door till they go off and start working correctly. Only seems to happen when it’s cold out. Not sure if it’s the door switch , the head light dash dimmer switch or the ignition switch. As Brandon stated in his comments I’m hoping to bring it back in one more time to get this issue resolved. More
