I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion SE from Shawn Bell. Good and friendly guy. The #2 O2 sensor malfunctioned 2 weeks after I bought the car. They are replacing it under warranty with no charge to myself. There was also some front bumper cover damage before I purchased the car. I asked them if I could get a quote for repair. I dropped my car off over night so they could quote me repair cost. I went in the next day to pick up my car and they had already repaired it at no charge. This is the 2nd vehicle I bought from them. With excellent service like this, it won't be the last vehicle I buy from them. More
