Mitch and Rick were outstanding in their communication concerning the status of my vehicle while in service. I was disappointed in Ford Corporate that they did not cover more of the cost of the new tran concerning the status of my vehicle while in service. I was disappointed in Ford Corporate that they did not cover more of the cost of the new transmission since they are having so many problems with this year and model (2014:Escape) of vehicle.
