If I were to describe Auto Park Ford Best I’d say that They Are “Outstanding” in Both Sales and Service. For the First Service on my 2020 F-150 Purchased at Auto Park I contacted the Salesman who we Purch They Are “Outstanding” in Both Sales and Service. For the First Service on my 2020 F-150 Purchased at Auto Park I contacted the Salesman who we Purchased the truck from Phil Smith only to ask whether an appointment was needed for a basic oil change and inspection. Phil went Above and Beyond picking the truck up and taking it to not only get it serviced but then have it washed and detailed as well. The truck looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Phil then brought it back and dropped it off. My Compliments to a great Sales and Service Staff. It’s for things like this that go a long way in my book. I was already impressed upon the purchase of the truck but this only adds to why my Wife and I plan on going back to Auto Park Ford when she gets her new Bronco when it becomes available. And I will not hesitate to recommend coworkers, friends and family to go there for either new or used. More

I had a bad experience the first time due to a special sale where different salesmen travel to other companies. They were very aggressive and didnt fully listen to my needs. I was sold a used non ford car that was costing me. Ford informed me they no longer do that sale and made things right. They did not pressure me, listened to me, and got a vehicle as close to my budget as they could. I had trust issues with this place, but with them being really patient with me as I am undecided, because of my past experience. I now happily own a 2019 ford escape.
