Auto Park Ford Service Since I am handicapped and use a walker to get around, I appreciated the additional help I received getting in and out of my vehicle. I would like to see a few chairs inside the waiting area that are a bit higher than normal to help elderly or handicapped people get up from a lower position the seat should be ad additional 6 inches higher than the current chairs in the showroom. I can't thank Sandie and Andrew enough. Sandie was so patient and helped me through making a really hard decision. She is the absolute greatest sales person because she cares about her customers and it patient and helped me through making a really hard decision. Great dealership! They took very good care of me! Service and Covid19 The service at this dealership was very good. My biggest and only concern was that no one in the whole place was wearing a mask. Not when we checked in nor when we paid our bill when we left. Since Sturgis, Michigan has had cases of the virus, I could not believe everyone there was so uneducated.
