Poor customer service! They were able to get me in quickly to have my car looked at for diagnosis but after that I had zero communication! I had to call to see if it had be They were able to get me in quickly to have my car looked at for diagnosis but after that I had zero communication! I had to call to see if it had been diagnosed, what the problem was, and the status of the vehicle. Candie was extremely helpful and very friendly!(she helped get my car in and looked at) Jamie was extremely rude! Every time I called, mind you I only called twice and my car was there for 7 days, she acted like I was a huge bother and at one point speaks to me like I’m an idiot. I was put on hold for her and when she answers she says (without a hello or thanks for waiting) “I’ve already told you this once but if you need to hear it again, it won’t be covered” I was shocked!!! I’ve never had anyone in customer service speak to me like that and because of her I won’t be back! More

2018 Ford Escape Sandie, Brent, and Andrew knocked my experience out of the park! I do lots of traveling and needed to upgrade my vehicle to something with a warranty Sandie, Brent, and Andrew knocked my experience out of the park! I do lots of traveling and needed to upgrade my vehicle to something with a warranty for peace of mind. As a full-time student with a part-time job, I was not sure we would be able to find everything I wanted with a price tag I could afford. To top it off, I still owed a few thousand on my trade-in. Sandy asked what I was looking for, so I gave her a list of 3-4 things that were important to me, and she came back with things I did not know I wanted and more. Everyone was very friendly and went out of the way to make you feel welcome. I left with a fabulously loaded escape for the same payment I was already paying on my old vehicle! I would recommend them a thousand times over! Even more impressive was the number of people who stopped in to see and talk to Sandie while I was there and were willing to wait around for her. If you have ever bought a car, you know it's not a five-minute ordeal, so that speaks volumes about her character, in my opinion. When it is time to purchase my next new vehicle, there is not a doubt that I will return! P.S. I did not get the name of the two detailers in the back but they shined up my Escape to make sure it was good as new before I left the lot even though there were only two of them they had it whipped out in no time! I really appreciated everyone's effort in making this a pleasant experience for me. More
