I originally went to this dealer to look at a used Ford Edge that I loved online but ended u I'm so glad I made the hour long drive to Auto Park Ford. I originally went to this dealer to look at a used Ford Edge that I loved online but ended up coming home with a 2019! Matt Schultz was great and SO patient with the process. I sat in his office for a good 7+ hours (because of my own doing!) until I felt like I had the best option for me. I went out to the cars on their lot several times and no fine detail was missed. I told him what I was looking for in the vehicle and if he didn't have it on the lot, he found a way to get one for me. The manager Moe is great as well, so personable! I felt that he was super genuine in his conversations vs just trying to make a deal. When it came time to sign the papers, Andrew was great as well. I felt informed about everything that I was signing. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth. When I went to pick up the vehicle a few days later, Matt sat in the vehicle with me and went over every option with me to make sure that I had a full understanding of them. He was very knowledgeable in the options and didn't let me leave the lot until I felt ready. Purchasing a brand new vehicle for me was a HUGE deal and I'm glad that I had stumbled upon Auto Park Ford for this experience. More

Bad experiences Was trying to make a deal the only one compromise was me they even let someone else test drive the car we were trying to buy the sell person tried but Was trying to make a deal the only one compromise was me they even let someone else test drive the car we were trying to buy the sell person tried but managment would not budge we even looked at a different car not what we really wanted and they would not budge we have excellent credit yes we are up side down on are trade and tryed to give as much as I could I could have bought a brand new car for what they were trying to sell me a use car for from a different dealership but was not what I wanted I would like to say more but l won't . to set the record straight there was some misunderstanding on both sides the general manager reached out to me and is doing everything he can to help us get the car we want I want to thank him for that we bought a 2017 Excape we could not be happier the sale team did a fantastic job we will definitely go back to them when we are ready to buy a new truck More
