My first experience made simple and painless! I found this car while searching on Car Gurus. I saw that they had a good rating on that site, so I decided to pursue them. After I reached out, they got back to me in a timely manner. My salesperson, Jackie, was great! He was very patient with me and understanding in me being cautious with my first purchase. He even made it so that he was available off of the clock for me which was very appreciated. The pictures of the vehicle truly matched with what I was presented with when it was time to test drive. Within a week, I had my first car in my name with a reasonable interest rate and payment plan. They really seemed to have my best interest at heart and that made the process much less painful than I expected. More

Very Friendly and Helpful Staff Recently purchased a used 2018 Ford Explorer. I have been looking for this vehicle for about 2 months in my local area in Ohio. I saw this one on Auto Recently purchased a used 2018 Ford Explorer. I have been looking for this vehicle for about 2 months in my local area in Ohio. I saw this one on Autotrader and decided to make the 270 mile drive (round trip) one day to check it out. Vehicle price was lower than what I could find in my area and the friendly people at Auto Park Ford made for an easy purchase. So happy that I made that trip. Don Howe was so knowledgeable about fords, responsive via text, email, phone and spent a lot of time showing me all the features and put me at ease with such a big purchase. Not to mention, it was my birthday when I picked up my car and I showed up...everyone said happy birthday, the car even had a trunk with balloons. Don made sure the car was extra clean/waxed/perfect (I’m very particular!) and even made sure it had a tank of gas ready to go for my long drive back.
