Auto Park got us in within a day's notice, and when we explained we were going out of town for the holidays they offered us a loaner so we didn't have to breathe in that burnt oil, especially our three year old, and they could fix it while we were gone. When we said we were planning to be gone 9 days, they said no big deal. Wow! Unbelievable! They saved our vacation, actually making it better space-wise with an SUV vs our Focus, and eased a TON of worry. When we returned they were super friendly, caring, and helpful. We'll be back and after this service will make it our first stop to purchase a new vehicle. We highly recommend them!!! I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name that assisted us, everyone we dealt with was positive and happy. More

Not helpful Recently bought a 2013 blue boss 302 and drove 260 miles to pick it up( on a trailer) upon arriving home I put it up on my car lift to inspect it I d Recently bought a 2013 blue boss 302 and drove 260 miles to pick it up( on a trailer) upon arriving home I put it up on my car lift to inspect it I discovered rust all over the undercarriage, suspension, and brakes. The car has 6,000 miles On it and was obviously not stored properly. Leaves and mouse dropping were also found in areas of the car. My next major issue is the transmission will not shift into 3rd gear at certain rpms and locks you out of gear. Happened multiple times!!! I politely asked if they would take the car back because I feel like this was not the collectors dream car I was expecting and I don’t want to dump my money into fixing rust and transmission issues on a 35,000 dollar car. But sadly they wanted nothing to do with taking the car back. I did notify them literally the next day after I bought it so they knew of the issues right away. So I am stuck with a car that I thought was flawless and here it does not shift properly and is rotting away underneath More

Moe worked with me on the price and carefully explained the discounts and rebates and Andrew handled the business end of the transaction professionally leaving no questions unanswered. Multiple people stayed past closing to help me finish up my paperwork ahead of Christmas which was so appreciated. I’d recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area. I drove an hour south from Kalamazoo vs. going with a dealer closer to home because the service I got in Sturgis was that much better. This was my first car in about 8 years so thank you, Auto Park Ford! More
