While I appreciate thoroughness, I was approached in the waiting room and was given suggestions of 4 I took my 2016 car in for a routine oil change. While I appreciate thoroughness, I was approached in the waiting room and was given suggestions of 4 additional services that should be done on my 2 year old car. This is a bit frustrating since I don’t know if these are services the technician found that the car “needs” ~ or are they services that Ford ”recommends” but nothing serious that needs to be done right now. I have taken the car in several times for routine maintenance because we want to support the local community, but every time, I am approached about additional services! Please just do the service requested, and if additional service is obviously needed, let me know at that time. It comes across as a money-making sell job. More
