Be careful of “tricky “ wording I cam in for a routine oli change, tire rotation and fluid check. I presented a coupon for $39.95 and told the lady that is what i wanted. The wordi I cam in for a routine oli change, tire rotation and fluid check. I presented a coupon for $39.95 and told the lady that is what i wanted. The wording on the coupon said “synthetic oil”. She kept saying “full synthetic”. I thought they wete the same thing until i got to the check out and paid $80 for my $39.95 oil change. When I questioned the charge, i was tolf the “full” synthetic is more expensive. Pretty slick wording trick. Will have to think hard if i will come back or find a 10 minute place next time. More
