Service analysis I have done business with Auto Park Ford in Sturgis, MI at various times in the past 2 decades including purchasing new autos there. They have met my I have done business with Auto Park Ford in Sturgis, MI at various times in the past 2 decades including purchasing new autos there. They have met my needs adequately. My most recent experience was for a recall item which again they met satisfactorily. One disappointment I had though was that upon initially inspecting my 2017 Fusion which I bought new 6 months ago from another Ford dealer, the service agent noted that the dealership decal was coming off and offered to remove it and replace it with one that just said Ford (though maybe would have also included "Auto Park"). The person also suggested to replace my license plate holder which again identified the prior dealership. I declined and later checked the decal and could not find where the decal was coming loose. That action seems rather presumptuous and demeaning of the other dealership. Before leaving, the same person asked if I wanted a car wash, I hesitated, not knowing what was involved, and I was told it would be free. She then went over the inspection report of things they checked and everything was good, with no cost to me. So they serviced my car well but was disappointed with the unnecessary offer of changing the dealership identity. The second question above is insufficient, should also have a "not sure" option just like is noted for the question of dealership financing. I said yes since I don't have a reason for not recommending, but am disappointed per the above comments. More
