A dealership that cares about customers I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus from Auto Park ford on 02/15/2018 (a beautiful car ). I spent weeks looking for a Taurus with all the options and featu I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus from Auto Park ford on 02/15/2018 (a beautiful car ). I spent weeks looking for a Taurus with all the options and features that my wife and I wanted. I searched online covering five states and numerous dealerships in person, I finally found it at the Sturgis Auto Park Ford. I am by nature cautious and skeptical when ever I deal with any auto dealer so I ask a lot of questions. My wife and I spoke to the general manager Brent Forry about some of our questions. He was able to address those giving both of us the feeling that they truly care about their customers. As a trained observer I can tell that Mr. Forry is a man of faith and a family man who proudly displays his childrens art work in his office. In the days after purchasing our Taurus we discovered that the windshield washer wasn't working. After notifying the dealership about the issue they replaced the washer pump at no cost to me. My future search will begin with Auto Park Ford. More
