Great Experience I emailed the dealership on a Wednesday night about what I was looking for, had a return call and email before 9am on Thursday, test drive two trucks I emailed the dealership on a Wednesday night about what I was looking for, had a return call and email before 9am on Thursday, test drive two trucks and had the deal done before 5:30 that night. 100000 mile service I took my vehicle in for 100000 service. Went in and found out that for the past 18 months service recommendations have not been mentioned to me durin I took my vehicle in for 100000 service. Went in and found out that for the past 18 months service recommendations have not been mentioned to me durine my routing oil changes. To get my vehicle caught up on recommended services it cost 1000.00 plus I needs seal and berring work. I was given a loaner car for the day which was nice. Total cost almost 1500.00. I'm thankful I'm up to date on my service but was suprised when I picked my vehicle up that I did not receive at least a courtesy wash. People were friendly. More

Not sure I understand why these breakdowns occurred with such low mileage and they weren't able to explain either but are working with me to cover as much as possible. Crystal was willing to wait until we were towed in from South Bend even though she might have to stay after her quitting time. Erica and Rick have worked hard to make sure it was repaired correctly at minimal cost to me. More
