I attended one of their BIG Tent Sales and bought a 2008 Saturn Aura. The salesman guaranteed me that if I would want to upgrade my car in the future they would give me full price of my remaining loan. (Th Saturn Aura. (This is the reason I decided to purchase from them, thinking that they stand behind their price, etc) The day came when I was wanting to do that and went in to the dealership. Not only did they recant their statement, but also was told that my car was priced DOUBLE what it should have been when I bought it. I feel so betrayed and taken advantage of!!!! I will NEVER again buy from them and neither will my in-laws who have always bought their vehicles from them!!!!! More
