I expected top service and I got half a** service in my opinion. The woman that helped me I do not remember her name was very fast with everything as if she wanted to shoo me out I was asking her to elabor opinion. The woman that helped me I do not remember her name was very fast with everything as if she wanted to shoo me out I was asking her to elaborate on some of things she was saying and she was giving me a rude face like I was asking too much. I talked to her for about 4-5 minutes and was still unclear about things because I felt rushed. I didn't get all my questions answered and some she couldn't answer and told me to call and ask a different department all of which was not said to me in a very professional way. Also I'd like to point out that my tire light was on in my car and I know they seen it because they turned my car on and moved it, there was plastic in my seat and a paper footboard cover but I assumed that would be top service was to air up all tires and check to see if they are all at the correct psi and they did not and it just kinda surprised me knowing how much I spent for a simple computer diagnostic. Yall need to make sure your customers are satisfied and trust me I am not and will not be having work done from this dealership again. More

Travis and the team were excellent and very helpful though the process. I needed to travel from Chicago 2 1/2 hrs away and they make sure to answer all my questions or concerns before I traveled. though the process.
