My 2019 F-150 was burning oil at 55,000 and the techs determined I needed a new engine. Due to Supply chain issues it took 5 months to get a new engine. During that time, Auto Park took care of me and ke determined I needed a new engine. Due to Supply chain issues it took 5 months to get a new engine. During that time, Auto Park took care of me and kept me in a vehicle until my truck was done. Candy was great to work with and Rob was very helpful through the process. Great people to work with! You weren't prepared to fix the moon roof that was on a recall. We had to make several trips back & forth. Took way longer than it should have!! It was my car that I get around in because I have to use recall. We had to make several trips back & forth. Took way longer than it should have!! It was my car that I get around in because I have to use a electric chair and it has my lift on it. So I had to cancel appointments because you didn't get it done when you said you would. More
