Mitch Grooms and his crew (Jesse,Eric and Shane)were all a pleasure to work with. After traveling across the country and having a hard time finding anyone to help service my RV, I had the good fortune to fi a pleasure to work with. After traveling across the country and having a hard time finding anyone to help service my RV, I had the good fortune to find Auto Park Ford in Sturgis MI. They helped on the spot with changing the oil in the engine and the generator, and reprogrammed the computer to resolved a fault light on the Ford chassis. Their comprehensive inspection showed the batteries in my new RV were weak, And they were also able to troubleshoot why my AC wasn’t working. With this info, I could go back to the manufacturer (Thor) to get a quick appointment to get the AC fixed and new batteries as well. Thanks guys for your outstanding customer service! More
