I would like to thank Erica for all her help she had given me in dealing with the insurance policy we bought when we got the truck I don't like all the run around we have gotten from the insurance company I have made four trips so far to get them to cover the damaged tire and time we now have approval just waiting on parts to come in it has been almost 3 weeks going thru this tire insurance to get 1 tire and rim replaced damaged from the tire blowout thanks again Erica for all the help with the insurance company

I have had to return my truck two times after the first time taking it in because of work but done right. I also had to replace a part that cost me money and was damaged at the shop.

"Everything happens for a reason "

I had a trip planned to North Carolina on thurs. On Monday my driver side window fell into door and Tuesday took my quigley 4x4 van to Auto Park Ford to see if they could squeeze me in They recommended an inspection also and found both my tie rod ends were severely worn and stronglyrecommended replacement before trip. There was not enough time to get the special order tie rod parts before Thursday but were able to complete the job by that Saturday. I was able to borrow a vehicle from my in-laws to complete my trip
