Great service and a friendly staff. Car was ready for a test by the time I arrived. At the end, came with a reliable car with a great deal. Car was ready for a test by the time I arrived. At the end, came with a reliable car with a great deal. More
🚨 WARNING – MISLEADING PRICING / HIDDEN FEES 🚨 I called this dealership and asked a very basic question: “What are your dealer fees?” They refused to tell me. Instead, they said I had to come called this dealership and asked a very basic question: “What are your dealer fees?” They refused to tell me. Instead, they said I had to come in person just to find out. That is NOT normal and is a huge red flag. Here’s the issue: the price you see advertised is NOT the real price. Based on my experience and a large number of similar reviews, this dealership appears to use a pricing strategy where: - Cars are listed at attractive or below-market prices to get you in the door - They refuse to disclose full pricing upfront - Once you’re there (often after hours), they introduce additional fees and add-ons These can include: - Dealer prep / reconditioning fees - Documentation fees - Add-ons like theft protection or warranties Buyers consistently report the final price jumping by $2,000 to $3,000+ above the advertised price. At that point, many people feel pressured to move forward because they’ve already invested time at the dealership. A legitimate dealership will give you a full out-the-door price in writing before you ever step foot inside. There is no valid reason to hide dealer fees unless they know the real number will scare customers away. Do yourself a favor: demand a full breakdown upfront. If they won’t provide it, walk away.
