We went and test drove a Black 2018 Jeep Wrangler 11/17/2023. The first part of the experience was nice then we started doing our financial part and getting approved and it became a ABSOLUTE xxxx SHO 11/17/2023. We were truly interested in this Jeep, came from out of state to purchase this Jeep! The guy we had, we could tell he was ready to leave and go home but we were seriously interested in this Jeep! So needless to say, after the 2nd offer and $100.00 difference, we felt there was alittle more he could help us with, but again we felt he thought we were just a joke! So needless to say, the sales man got smart/loud with us, grabbed the paper, tore it up and threw it in the trash and said by! So we grabbed our stuff and left! Not ONE CALL, NOT ONE CALL did this Auto dealership call us and see what happened or how this matter could have ended in us driving home this Jeep that we went there with every intention of purchasing but guessing it’s ok to run a persons credit and end it with our application in the trash! 3days later and still not a courtesy call! Well guessing we know who we won’t be buying our next vehicle from! Thank you! More

Although I never ended up buying a car here, the communication on the front end was poor. I'm an out-of-state buyer and when I first called, I was basically rushed off the call due to another custo communication on the front end was poor.
