From the moment we walked into the dealership you could tell that the customer service was pretty high, I asked for a specific sales rep and they informed me that the person we were looking for was not int tell that the customer service was pretty high, I asked for a specific sales rep and they informed me that the person we were looking for was not into work yet, they referred us to another sales rep so we would not be waiting along time. Eric (our sales rep) kept us informed the whole time on what step we were in the process, made us feel better knowing we were not just waisting time. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly, not only did they always hold the door open for us when we walked in and out of the dealership but they also asked us if we needed anything at all, (sodas, coffee, snacks, etc.. This is probably our best car buying experience that we have ever had. For us, not having perfect credit, we were still treated with a great deal of understanding and respect. Based on our experience at this dealership, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
