I made an appointment with a salesman, Toby, for 12:30 on Saturday to test drive 2 trucks. He told me that he would have both trucks pulled to the front ready to drive. I arrived at 12:20 and checked in with Saturday to test drive 2 trucks. He told me that he would have both trucks pulled to the front ready to drive. I arrived at 12:20 and checked in with a person by the front door and was instructed to take a seat in the waiting area. Toby walked by me several times without acknowledgment. I left the building at 12:45 and found both trucks that I planned to test drive parked around the lot, neither ready for me to test drive. I drove next door to Reuther Ford and found an attentive, helpful, friendly staff and drove off in a new truck. I cannot recommend AutoCenters Nissan because I found them unprepared, inattentive, and disrespectful of my time. I have yet to receive a follow-up apology or acknowledgment that I was completely ignored. My advice is find a dealer that actually wants to sell you a vehicle and don’t waste your time at AutoCenters Nissan. More
