Liars and cheats and theives... I paid a deposit after signing contracts w/ this dealer. The deposit was supposed to cover tax, title, and registration... $1250. I was pulled over and the car was towed. Then they wanted me to get it out of impound and pay the fees. 350+ When I refused they threatened to come get the car... I left work cleaned out the car and said fine... I just wanted my deposit back... after filing complaints with the BBB and ATTY GEN ... mr Dibiasi gave 2 written statements 1 to each and they contradicted each other. I went through a mediator and they still refuse to give me back my deposit. He said I could use it towards another car... REALLY ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Not a snowballs chance in xxxx. I will be seeing him in court,.... with letters from both the loaner bank and the mediator...backing me .... I am writing reviews on every page I can find... do not do business with these people. They seem nice at first but as soon as I had driven away in the vehicle Michael the sales person never took my calls... and NOW I am with out a car and out $1250.00!! Liars, Cheats, THEIVES!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

This dealer shows no respect. I traded in my car for $3200. There was a payoff due to Wells Fargo of $2200. I have traded in cars before and I know the drill. The dealer said it would be paid off in less than 10 days. It took them more than a month to live up to their end of the deal. The worst part was the lying. The owner "Kristen" insisted she personally wrote the check and overnight mailed to Wells Fargo Bank. Now I have a hit on my credit all because they wanted to hold on to that payoff for as long as possible. I am disgusted. More

Great guys I was a little timid to go to my appointment because I have really bad credit. But Whitney assured me that my loan was approved. After I filled out the paperwork mike took it to Andrew who came out to say hi... Before I knew it I was test driving my new 06 jeep. This was perfect cuz I hate driving in the snow, anyways I rate these guys a 10/10 because they were friendly unlike slot of dealers and they are helping me get a cool ride. Thanks J.A. More

My experience with Auto Drive 1 was beyond my expectations. I went in thinking I was going to be turned away again because of my credit and I really needed a car I could rely on. You can tell it is a family owned business because they really listened to me and wanted to help me. I bought my truck in Dec 2012 and couldn't find a loan anywhere, but Mike got me a loan even though I had a recent bankruptcy. In Jan 2013 I went back to Mike to see if he could refinance me. He foun loan anywhere, but Mike got me a loan even though I had a recent bankruptcy. In Jan 2013 I went back to Mike to see if he could refinance me. He found me an outstanding loan at whole lot less than what I was currently paying. He really made a difference in the deal. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Actually I'm taking my daughter there to see what he can do for her. More

I feel that for a used car dealer, I was treated very respectfully. They chose a car for me just like I described, and its fantastic. I used the Danvers office, so I didn't see the car until I bought it, but I could have if I had wanted to drive to West Bridgewater. Car is great. More
