"Great salesman but terrible service with company"

- Colleen

I went into the dealership with my 78 year old mom . We were greeted by a nice professional salesman David. After doing paperwork we were told we had to go to another dealer to finalize paperwork. A 30 minute drive to Meadowlands dealership , only to be to told we had to go to the Paramus dealership . THis was after a 25 minute wait and David feeling terrible about things being so stressful. NOt one person from the Meadowlands dealership helped us or told us what was going on . WE were waiting outside a gentlemens office as we would be his next customer . When he realized the paperwork was not at their dealership, he was nowhere to be found. At this point I had to leave as I am out of state and had to be on my way home . I entrusted David with my mom and he was such a professional and stayed with her until she was done . I appreciated that because she was very upset about being told one thing after another. The car was cleaned up but in desperate need of a waxing . There was no mats or owners manual and a piece of the drivers door was missing ( bottom). I request that my mom has all of those done and added to her car when she goes back to have the plates out on . The Englewood dealership is small but I found the other guys would rather yell to each other rather than respect David and the client he was talking to. WE had a brief encounter with Anthony , the manager who never once apologized for the inconvenience we would have to have because of his dealership . Thank you for your time. As I said earlier David was wonderful and his co workers could learn alot from him Colleen Skrynecki

"Well Planned Spam"

- eaylanc

Just received a flyer in the mail, with a scratch off on it.. After scratching it off, the number I got matched to a 4K HDTV. It seemed so easy to win such a price, so I called the number on the flyer. Automated system was saying lines are busy, and no one could answer. So I hung up.. Couple hours later I received a call back. Lady said she was returning my call, even though I didn't leave a message. I especially asked if a purchase is required to claim the price or if this is a total spam - thinking that a Nissan dealer would not be as cheap as spam companies.. Lady confirmed that I have just won it and need to claim in person, so she set up an appointment. I said, I will not lease or finance a car why would I need an appointment with a sales associate.. She said I have to do that. So today I went to the dealer.. There was no front desk or anything, so I just stood by the door expecting someone will welcome me in.. After a while, and after few sales associates walked by looking into my eyes without saying anything, I just walked in and found someone to talk to. He asked me if I have thoroughly read the flyer.. Well at that moment, I realized that this was just a tricky game that they are playing.. Apparently but not shockingly there was fine print saying that the confirmation number has to match the number on the board at their wall... My number matching the TV on the flyer meant nothing at all!!! Even though it clearly states that I won the TV.. Their excuse is, this is being handled by another company, which sounds so silly. Well, if you let a scam company sends flyers on your behalf and invite people to your facility, what difference you are than those scam companies? I have been leasing cars for more than 12 years. Shopped around a lot, been to a lot of dealers, seen a lot of good or bad sales tactics. But I have never seen a company so far away from dignity this much!

"Cheap tricks and gimmicks - stay away from them at any cost"

- atzanov

One of my cars is NIssan Sentra 2008. I am looking to replace the car so when we got this dealership flyer full with beautiful offers and when we found matching number for ‘TV”, we rush to your place with intend to get either Altima or Maxima. As we went there and after waiting 40+ minutes for someone to contact us, we found that the matching number of TV is not "this number”. In your room you do have poster with wining numbers of Altima 2015 BUT NOT ANY A poster for winning numbers of other published prizes. That is ALREADY ILLEGAL. That means several things for me: 1. This dealership is playing cheap tricks to attract customers with obscure, and unclear messages. 2. This dealership violates the mandatory REQUIREMENT to post list of winning numbers for all prizes in your flyer (Even stated in your flyer). 3. The staff is rude and do not care - I have to wait 40+ minutes just to learn that your flyer is hoax. My time is precious and I do not tolerate dirty catch tricks and gimmicks. For me "once dishonest is always dishonest” so I cannot trust your dealership for my next purchase.

"stay away from them"

- Dana

I never encountered such a behavior here in the US. I came to your place twice! Twice!! The first time we wanted to buy a used car. We spoke with the chat service and they told us- the inventory is there, everything you see on web exist. We believed them. We scheduled a meeting in englewood with one of the sales persons.Guess what- we arrive with misleading info and apparently you are no longer dealing with used cars. To make things even worst, we arrived with a taxi... for nothing. The second time, we spoke with someone from online sells. We decided to take a lease and we wanted to receive further info. We found a specific deal we wanted which was published on web. He told us, yes come to englewood. "I will personally speak with the brunch manager and update him you are coming". He gave me all the details before I agreed to go out. He gave me prices, information everything I wanted. Again, we took a taxi.We arrived and we found doubt the branch is closed!! We saw the branch manager of the place there, we were so angry! you have no idea. The manager just blew us off the place and said different prices of the deal we just spoke about over the phone. He didn't want to sell us- he just blew us off! This is really disgraceful, and I will never ever ever will talk with Paramus or Englewood again. Theyr are a bunch of layers, they have no communication with one another... I have no words. Don't be their next victim.

"Worst experience possible!!"

- AGM

I leased the car from the dealership in Englewood. I regret the decision till today. Getting the license plate took them 2 months. No one answers the phone. Ever other month the manager changes. Scheduled my first free service and guess what no one was there and the service center and dealership was closed. An employee standing outside said that electricity is cut off. Told me to go to any other dealer or come back later. No apologies. What else can be expected from them? Avoid at all cost.

"Worst going there for 10 years new ownership the worst"

After 10 years of going to them for new cars and all my maintaince I am done. The people are rude, don't honor the life time oil changes and tires from legacy customers. Service over all is bad.

"The worst experience ever!"

- Q50

First visit : 2/10/2016 Second and last visit : 2/12/2016 4pm Sales Consultant : Joe Long It is very long story but I will try to make it as short as possible. Currently, I have Infiniti Q50 and it is approaching the end of the contraction and truly interested in new lease for 2016 Maxima SR. I visited over 10 Nissan dealerships and leasing companies to get the best deal. However, this is the first time that I am writing about negative experience. No I can say THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I got a lot of good offers from other dealerships and some of them were hard to believe it. On 2/10, I had an appointment in NJ and I saw one of the AutoEastern Nissan (Meadow Lands). I stopped by there and got a quote. The price started from MSRP but I told to sales person to start from invoice price so we could save the time. He showed me everything with paper(took the photo) that showing all information, such as invoice price, taxes, fees, rebates, and so on because I told him the numbers that I got from other dealerships. He suggested me fair deal instead of official deal (price on the paper starting from $458 but the lowest he could to was $280 with a little bit of down payment / He asked me to sign on the paper and brought to his sales manager. After that, he suggested me the counter offer), and his customer service was very nice. The first impression of Auto Eastern Nissan was nice to me. On the same day on my way home(NY), I saw another Auto Eastern Nissan in Englewood. I just stopped by to ask their quote to increase the chance of making the best deal. Joe greeted me well, and there was no manager on the property so we couldn't talk about the numbers. Today(2/12), I came to NJ to see my friend and finished work earlier than I expected so that I visited the dealership again. Joe was parking a car and I talked with another sales person about Q50(I brought a loaner car from Bayside Infiniti because I dropped my car to get a service) and seems to be nice. Joe and me started to talk about deal and he was very nice to me before I told him about the numbers from other dealership. I explained him that some offers were hard to believe but it is very nice for a customer. Additionally, I told, "I know some of them will bump it up later". The lowest one that I got was $250 per month and I told him again that I don'trust the deal (because I am not a stupid customer who just believe it and sign it right away when a dealer saying, "this is the end of the day final and special chance"). He told me that he will show the real world and keep showing the MSRP so I told him that I always start from invoice price, but then he told me to forget about invoice price. What? There are numerous ways to do research before a customer visit a dealership, and nobody believe that the MSRP will be the final price. That thing was okay. He went to see his manager to get "The real number" according to him, but I heard that he was tracking the offer that I received from another Auto Eastern. I was just waiting to get a quote from this location. I clearly stated that the purpose for today was get your own quote NOT comparing or tracking my previous offer from other store. He made me remain sit for almost 30 minutes. The worst part started after he came back from the office. He started to laugh and make fun of me. He said, "call me if you can make the deal with that price. I will buy it, too" and he made some sarcastic comments about the deal with his co-worker. They sarcastically commented, "Oh yeah, I will also buy it". They don't need to make fun of me or the deal that I got from other locations. Did you say you gonna show the real world??? You need know about your products before you work as a sales person. He seemed does not know Midnight version of SR trim and showed me the picture of SR but explained it has 20 inches wheel. Are you kidding me? It is 19 inches and any trim does not have 20 inches wheel. Anyway, he made me very upset with 180 degrees different attitude toward to me and seems like he does not want to sell a car. If you cannot give better offer than competitors, that is it. YOU DON'T NEED TO SARCASTICALLY SAYING SOMETHING OR MAKE FUN OF A CUSTOMER WITH YOUR CO-WORKER. I don't recommend to anyone this location. Don't wasted your time. Don't be ruined your day. As you could see on Yelp, they don't really care for their customers and potential customer. This location must be shut down. I will contact to Nissan-Infiniti customer center as a current customer and potential customer who had loyalty for the brand..(loosing my loyalty because of this time). Sorry for the broken English. I am not good at English and tried my best to explain my feeling and the worst experience. Thank you all.
