Genesis Not sure the dealership knew enough about the Genesis and its benefits due to it being a new luxury line. At first I was told there was no maintained Not sure the dealership knew enough about the Genesis and its benefits due to it being a new luxury line. At first I was told there was no maintained eye package and that I could buy one. Then when I went to sign up for the Genesis website that is how I found out about all the complimentary maintenance, car pick up and drop off, and the 3 year subscription services that are complimentary as well. Also asked about remote start and was told it did not have it and after looking at the site found out there is an app for that and for service and car diagnostics. I just think they needed to be better informed about all the benefits you are given for owning this car. It is a nice car and the salesman was very good he did all the stuff I asked for when I decided to purchase the car. It was a demo car and needed to be cleaned out from being used by another salesman. It was cleaned twice and I still found stuff afterwards in the car. The salesman apologized for that and has promised a one time complimentary detailing of the car at my choosing. Which I agree is reasonable. I will deal with only the same salesman in the future. As I feel comfortable with him and trust him. More
