Dear Randy, I want to apologize for the runaround that you had experienced after purchasing a new vehicle from our dealership. The AutoFair guarantee is that within 30 days the vehicle can be brought back and exchanged for another vehicle of lesser value (in which case you would get money back or you could find a more expensive vehicle if you like and we would come to agreement on those figures) if you had reason to believe the car was unsafe after purchasing. I am very sorry that the emergency brake repair was an additional charge and was not more thoroughly checked during our safety inspection. If the vehicle did not feel sufficiently checked for safety, this should have been brought back to the dealership and addressed here rather than our sister location, so we could then compare the service records on the previous inspection to the condition the vehicle is in now.
