Tony is a member of Jim’s service team and there is no option to select a rating for him so I chose to rate Jim for building an amazing team and want to take a moment to let everyone know Tony in the service department and the tech who services my car are a class act. Money doesn’t grow on trees and Tony makes me feel like family and helps me make informed safety and economic decisions. I like that he cares and will keep coming back as long as Tony is there!!!! When he gets a page let me know and I’ll see to it that he gets a review of his own. Good job building an exceptional team Jim!!!!! More

Leased new vehicle on line - amazing time saver! I dont have a lot of time between family and work to sit at the dealership waiting while paowrwork gets processed so i just did it all on line. I picked out the car i wanted from the new car inventory and submittted. After some e-mail exchanges on what terms i was looking for i got a e-mail with a link to ky offer. Once you accept there is a link to fill out credit app on secure line. Once thats approved the only thing left is to go to dealership to sign papers and pick up car. What a amazing time saver! More
Misrepresented condition of car. E barke fell apart MIsreprentated car under certified. Ebrake fell apart in under 4k miles. Sister franchise said to take back to selling dealership Stratham. Service MIsreprentated car under certified. Ebrake fell apart in under 4k miles. Sister franchise said to take back to selling dealership Stratham. Serviced mgr said they should fix. They wanted $600 to fix. We also paid $250 for that inspection at sister delership in Manchester for a small repari that should have been covered. This care was Certified by Aurtofair. Brakes were checked off as OK. Local shop said it would never have passed their inspection without replacement. They also sold the car with wrong milage on sticker. The car had about 2k more milage than stated. We were asked to agree to change mileage for registration. We had to insist purchased warranty be extended. They did so reluctantly. So we are out for the ebrake repair and the other minor repair that they should have done at no charge. The risk to this driver if the ebrake went bad was the injury or death to 2 horses valued at $20k, a $12k horse trailer, the vehicle @ $2500O and the driver was at risk injury or death. I would suggest that you find another dealer. In my opinion the state should pull their inspection liecense. More

Always used Honda, switched to Nissan for the great service! Tony Harris in service is amazing to work with. I never feel pressured to pay for something I don't need. Said my air filter needed changing, but wa Tony Harris in service is amazing to work with. I never feel pressured to pay for something I don't need. Said my air filter needed changing, but was upfront and honest that it was something I could do myself for allot less money. Tony is very knowledgeable and always clearly shows me all the things that could be done to my car for service, but breaks it down into "Needs to be taken care of" and "Can wait" or "optional". Always makes sure my car is ready by the time I need to be out of there (to go pick up kiddo from school). Goes the extra mile with little things like helping me take my kids car seat out of my car when I need to switch to a rental. Tony understands that buying a new set of tires is a big expense and I might need to consult with my spouse. Doesn't pressure me to buy the tires from them, just wants me to get a good deal anywhere I can find one. Can't say enough about the entire service department. Super clean and I never mind hanging around in their comfortable lounge area. One day I brought my salad for lunch to each while I was waiting, but i forgot a fork :( The receptionist gave me and extra plastic one that she had brought for lunch so I could still eat my salad. All the little things everyone does here to help the customers adds up to make coming here to buy a car or use the service department a great overall and non-stressful experience. Would highly recommend! More

Great service again, Received call from Emily before noon that the car was completely checked out and no service was required per the recall. They vacuumed interior (and did a great job). Emily told me that my tires were going to need to be replaced soon which I was unaware of so thank you again Emily. It's always a pleasure going to AutoFair Nissan. Emily and Jim are so welcoming and they always make you feel like you are part of the family. With all the customers that they have, and only going in to see them every 6 months, they know your name and make you feel like you are the only customer they have. More
