The staff here are friendly, genuine and no-pressure. From my initial correspondence with Robin, I felt at ease. Wes was extremely knowledgeable and patient through the entire process. I required a bit of hand-holding as I asked a million and one questions, and he answered them all without making me feel like I was being a bother. Dean was able to wrap everything up in a nice little bow with financing, and I was soon on my way in a vehicle I felt comfortable and confident in! Customer service is held to a high standard here! I've taken my 2016 Nissan Maxima SR in for routine maintenance, tire rotation, detailing, and ambient lighting installation all to this Nissan dealers I've taken my 2016 Nissan Maxima SR in for routine maintenance, tire rotation, detailing, and ambient lighting installation all to this Nissan dealership. Staff is amazing. Sam in the service department has always laid out everything that was done to the car in detail, explained the pricing, (labor is VERY reasonable), and had the work done in a timely fashion. I have to say this is also the best detailing I have ever seen done to one of my cars. Can't recommend this place enough! More
