Great Customer Service All the times that I have been to this dealership, everyone is great there and extremely friendly. I have dealt with both Emily and Luke in service a All the times that I have been to this dealership, everyone is great there and extremely friendly. I have dealt with both Emily and Luke in service and both are great. If they are busy I just go have a seat in the waiting room and they come to me and always apologize to me for the wait and get me right in. Both are very openly on communication to the customers to let customers know whats up with there vehicle and or how long it's going to be. My most recent visit I had to get a state inspection and had the luxury of dealing with Emily. She was up front with me on what needed to be done for the inspection to pass and made a couple of recommendations but weren't required to be done for the state inspection and I hugely appreciated it. Emily told me that it was going to be a little bit and gave a loaner to go home for a little to get some rest and then called me to let me know everything was going good and was going to be another 45 minutes.
