Another excellent experience at the Stratham AutoFair Nissan I have been a customer at Stratham AutoFair Nissan for the past two years. Sean sold me my Altima two years ago, which ended up been a great car, and I have been a customer at Stratham AutoFair Nissan for the past two years. Sean sold me my Altima two years ago, which ended up been a great car, and recently he contacted me again with a great offer to replace my Altima with a new Maxima. Although I was not interested in replacing my car, the offer was so amazing that I could not resist. The great thing about Sean and this dealership is that you feel that their interested in giving you the best deal possible and not the other way around. In addition, based on my first purchase, the service experience has been great too. More

Great staff My husband and I were in the market for a mid-sized sedan. I found a few cars in their inventory that I was interested in so I emailed them. Robin set up an appointment for us and we want in and met our new friend Sean! Sean was super helpful and he really listened to our needs! We had a great experience and even though our credit is not great he was able to get us into a new Altima! The whole experience from email to leaving the same night with our new car was excellent! I'd recommend anyone to go see Sean a.k.a. Mr. Nissan at the Stratham location! Thank you to the great team at Nissan in Stratham! We'll be back for sure! More

I'm a customer for life now This was the *best* car buying experience I have ever had. Courtney, my sales woman, listened to what I needed/wanted/could afford, didn't play the ' This was the *best* car buying experience I have ever had. Courtney, my sales woman, listened to what I needed/wanted/could afford, didn't play the 'let me talk to my manager' game -I walked out of a previous dealership who pulled that-I had asked if they had any cars in my budget as was made to sit for over 10 minutes- when a simple yes or no would have done- Courtney answered my question immediately and walked me through the lot to see the cars in my price range. I am *so* happy with my new Versa. After I decided to move ahead with the sale, I joked that now comes the most important part- we have to name her. Courtney helped there too...my white car is named Pearl. =) There was *no* pressure, no creepy car-dealer vibe, everyone I met at Autofair Nissan of Stratham was friendly and seemed to genuinely care the I was there as a customer. I live in Manchester, there are a *lot* of car dealers in Manchester- but I will come back to Stratham! Well worth the drive~! More

Failure to take Responsibility First let start with issue number one. I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation which was part of my expensive extended warranty. I took the truck i First let start with issue number one. I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation which was part of my expensive extended warranty. I took the truck in for service and when they were done they gave me a service receipt stated they had rotated my tires. When I got the truck home I had noticed they did not actually rotate my tires. I then called Jim Savage the service manager who stated his service center would never do such a thing and I must be wrong. I brought the truck back in and he looked at the truck and said you are right and I apologize for this. Issue number two is on around 7/12/17 my vehicle had a real hard time starting and the engine light came on so I called Jim savage again and he said to take it to the audio shop who had installed the remote car starter it was probably there fault. I don't want you to spend any unnecessary money on us having to repair it.I said no way I am going to ride it around with a check engine light on. He then hung up on me. I called his boss who got me in that day to check it out. They had no idea what caused the problem. They reset the codes so as the lights would go out and said keep an eye on it. I took it home and on 7/22/17 it would not start at all. The truck was then towed there and they on 7/25/17 said they needed to replace the ECU (computer) because they are getting all kinds of codes and unable to figure out what is wrong. Today 7/28/17 I heard from them again stating we will need the truck through this weekend to try and get the computer to reprogram with the truck. I know the truck issues isn't there fault but they should own up to the fact that the truck is definitely a (lemon) and not try to pacify me blaming others for there and Nissan's inadequacies. How do i trust this 2016 truck with 13855 miles on it to travel anywhere with? More

Good experience, no pressure , helpful Went in to look for new titan, they didn't have the model I was interested in. Researched availability and told me some were coming in and they would call me . As I was leaving I noticed some trucks in another area and inquired. They were nissan certified pre owned. Found a low mileage used vehicle (9,000 mi.) with tons of upgrades over the base model I was looking at for almost the same price. Got a fair offer for my trade-in and I'm really happy. More
