First time lessee - great experience! I came to Autofair Nissan Stratham twice. The first time, I test drove a used Versa Note with Courtney. After I established that the Note wasn't in my budget, I decided to explore other options elsewhere. However, Courtney was in touch via phone and e-mail and I felt we established a great relationship, so I came back to negotiate a lease which was more suitable to my budget. The entire process of test-driving a different car, making the deal, and getting the paperwork set up was a little over four hours, and it flew right by. Courtney took excellent care of me and was patient with me. She listened to my needs and was truly invested in getting me the right car for my situation and budget. She even offered me life-saving advice on insuring my new car and she ended up rescuing me from paying double my insurance premium with another company. My one concern with my visit took place in the financing office. Once I looked over the paperwork, it turned out the deal I had agreed on with Courtney was different from the deal that was present on paper. Although it was a minor difference, I felt as though Jamie was not sensitive to my concern when I pointed it out. Since I am a working student who is paying for my car myself, every dollar counts, and I felt I was misled and subsequently brushed off when I questioned it. However, the rest of my experience at Autofair Nissan Stratham was amazing and I decided to continue with the financing process despite that one issue. I am glad I had my first dealership experience here; I feel very well taken care of. Courtney was professional, friendly, and respected my time. I look forward to continuing to work with Autofair Nissan Stratham after the end of my lease. My new car is a blast! More

Leasing a car for the first time I recommend the dealership but the salesman Sean I would NEVER deal with again. I had never leased a car before and he took full advantage of that and I recommend the dealership but the salesman Sean I would NEVER deal with again. I had never leased a car before and he took full advantage of that and never took me outside to show me any other cars. He picked a 2017 Sentra but I didn't know I should have had a choice of cars. He made sure he made his money off me!!!! I have dealt with this dealership before and always got good service. Sean also promised to give me 3 free oil changes but then why am I paying 4 dollars a month for them????? Very bad representation of this dealership and I have made sure he knows how I feel. More

Great experience I typically dread taking my car to the dealership for service for I always feel that I've been taken when I get my car back. In this case I had to bring my mothers car in for service and I don't have an independent mechanic to work on Infiniti. Autofair Nissan's service process was so easy, so upfront, and communicated so exceptionally well I left the dealership with a completely different opinion about Autofair Nissan Stratham. Jim and Emily went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the experience. When I compared my final bill to the one estimate I had from independent the price was within 3% but the ease of use at auto fair Nissan Stratham far away overshadowed the cost savings of driving the car half an hour away. More

I went in to the dealership with the intention of buying out my lea Just purchased a 2015 CPO Nissan Altima SL from Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham, NH. I went in to the dealership with the intention of buying out my lease on a 2014 Altima S (which I also purchased from Fred Mirabelle at Auto Fair) and ended up in a much better situation with a newer vehicle with much less mileage. I would recommend this dealership....everyone I worked with was very professional. I really appreciate Fred's knowledge of Nissan vehicles as well as his sincere interest in his clients. He is not a typical high pressure salesman which I find very refreshing. Fred takes the time to understand your unique situation and works toward putting you in the best vehicle to suit your needs. I'm sure I will be back at Auto Fair when it's time for a new vehicle and I hope Fred is still there! More

Helpful, Knowledgeable, Professional I stopped into Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham, NH with no expectations of purchasing a vehicle, I was just curious in what they had on the lot. I was cu I stopped into Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham, NH with no expectations of purchasing a vehicle, I was just curious in what they had on the lot. I was currently driving a 2dr coupe with a family of 4 soon to be 5 and I've been on the lookout for something more family sized and with being on a budget it also had to be affordable also with not the greatest credit in the world I had limited options, Fred approached me from across the lot and I was complelty upfront about my situation and I can say he did everything in his power to put me in the right vehicle on my budget without trying to pressure me into making a decision. He worked even harder with finance to get my payments inside of my budget. I ended up leaving my 2007 Chevy Colbalt SS behind and walking out with a 2013 Dodge Journey SUV that seats 7 and is the perfect family car.
