I bought an '07 Camry XLE last year, from Ed Joiner. Ed was very responsive to all my questions and concerns, and provided a great purchase experience. Their sales tactics are what gives car sales people a bad name. Typical bait & switch with a quote over the internet & a completely different price when you go into the dealership. Dmitry didn't like the me having printed their invoice prices off Edmund.com & tried to tell me that Edmunds pricing was not accurate, YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didnt want me to worry about price, we would talk price later down the line after I found the exact car I wanted since the ones I was quoted prices for were apparently not around. Dmitry also tried to tell me that the $500 under invoice special price for the month that Oleg quoted to me, did not apply on the RAV 4 limited. They also like to add prices into their invoice, such as TDA . toyota dealer advertizing of around $400. I don't think so. \ I went up the street to Atamian & bought a Honda, they are pleasant , honest, no high pressure & keep their word....... More

IRA claimed to have toyota tacoma 4x4 , access cab, at $19,277 - 0% financing 36 months according to a Globe at Saturday 5 April 2008. When I went to their Milford dealership on monday 7 Aril they had n $19,277 - 0% financing 36 months according to a Globe at Saturday 5 April 2008. When I went to their Milford dealership on monday 7 Aril they had nothing of the sort available. Also claimed that this financing exists only on Tundra in spite of their add. They are advertising vehicles at low prices that they don't have just to get customers in the door. More

I came in to look at a Highlander and met Eric Krist. He is a great person. He showed me everything I need to know about the suv. I was comparing a few different models. After knowing about the Highlander and its competion, I decided to go with it! He knew everything about the Highlander. Everything was done in a timely manner and drove home in my new Highlander that same day. I met Hank in the business office and he went through all the options. I just want to write and say that my experience with everyone at IRA Toyota was a very pleasant one. In fact, the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. First, the whole process from start to finish was extremely fast and efficient. I'm a pretty busy person and this is something I really appreciate. Also, I felt that I received a fair deal in terms of overall purchase price and the value I received on my trade-in. The sales guys seemed very honest to me and were willing to negotiate and do whatever it took to give me a deal that I was happy with. Zach (the lead salesman) is new to the business, but he came across as very honest and sincere - not slick or sleazy sales type. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with everything. Jason, the sales mgr, was great to work with in terms of negotiating the deal. Hank was very friendly and efficient in walking me thru the financing end of things. Thanks again to everyone at IRA for their part in my buying experience. I will be back. More

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from IRA Toyota in Tewksbury and it was a great overall experience. The salesman, Steve, was great. He worked with us to get to a payment that was within our budget and IRA gave us a very good value on our trade-in. The sales manager, Jason, was terrific, as well. They never tried to pull the wool over our eyes or come back to us with a ridiculous payment when we told them exactly what we wanted and what we could afford. I would highly recommend the IRA Toyota dealership in Tewksbury. More

I recommend IRA Toyota (Tewksbury)!!! They were very helpful in helping my wife and I select the right Camry for us. The Salesperson (Steve) was the best! We got the right car, right color, right everything, most importantly the right price. We purchased many cars in the past. This was the BEST experience we had! When we went to pick up the car every thing was perfect. Full tank of gas, plates and state inspection sticker was done, and the lovely new car smell…. Tom went over the entire car with us, showed us every button and knobs. IRA is also open 7 days a week for service. That’s a plus. I WILL BE BACK TO SEE YOU GUYS FOR MY NEXT CAR! More

I was in the market for a Toyota Prius. I started by going to the Toyota dealership right up the road (Acton Toyota). They couldn't have been less interested in selling me a car... they told me the col going to the Toyota dealership right up the road (Acton Toyota). They couldn't have been less interested in selling me a car... they told me the color I wanted with the package I wanted wasn't available for 4 weeks... I left annoyed and started surfing the internet, and found Iracars.com. Sure enough the site showed that they had the exact car I wanted! The following morning I called their phone number and was quoted a price almost $2,000 lower than the other dealership... I was told to go to the dealership and talk to the Sales Manager to finalize the deal. When I got there, they had the deal waiting for me. No tricks, nothing shady... I had the deal done in no time. When I went to pick up the car, there was a minor snag with one of the options I asked them to put in... Anthony Delvanto stepped in and took care of everything, from fixing the problem at their expense to making sure I had a loaner car during the service call... I knew I'd love the car, and now I know I'll be coming to Tewksbury for all of my future Toyotas too... More

These guys have not joined the internet age. They are a traditional car dealership in the best and worst sense - you may be able to make a great deal if the sales manager needs to meet quota, and if you kn traditional car dealership in the best and worst sense - you may be able to make a great deal if the sales manager needs to meet quota, and if you know how to bargain with them, etc., but otherwise you can count on a range of deceptive, high pressure tactics, added "clear coat" crap, reference to their "invoice minimums" and other numbers that don't mean anything, and trying to wear you down. Sales is not discouraged from lying outright. A lot of the the standard Toyota option codes are overpriced, and they have added quite a few "optional" codes unique to Ira Toyota Tewksbury (like $400 of stupid carpet that will get destroyed in three months anyhow). Definitely threaten to walk and start walking at least twice and mean it - they are real believers in the theory that once you're off the lot the lead is gone, it could save you thousands. Mention you are going over to Acton to compare. More
