Here are the facts:Bait-and-Switch: On July 8, Sales Manager Tanner Endicott emailed a written proposal for an OTD price of $16,996.57. After a 2.5-hour drive with my family, the dealer altered the contract behind my back, sneaking the price up to $17,925.33—nearly $1,000 more than promised, even after I showed them their own Bill of Sale.Breach of Contract: The dealer agreed to do repairs to lock in the sale. I paid a $7,000 cash down payment on July 10, agreeing I would take the car home that day. They signed a "We Owe" stating they would "send tires to customer" later. They breached on day one; they couldn't finish lot maintenance, and I left empty-handed.Double Failure to Deliver: They promised via text to deliver the car to my house by Wednesday, July 15 before 6:00 PM. They missed their deadline and failed a second time. Because I had no car and two deadlines were missed, I notified the lender, who froze the loan. The deal was canceled.Shifting Demands: I went to the lot with local police to demand my money. They refused. Their text demands keep changing: claiming they can keep the full deposit, demanding a "restocking fee," then inventing a $1,600 "repair fee"—forcing me to pay for lot repairs they legally signed to cover for free on the "We Owe."Unauthorized Title: On July 27, an SOS Field Examiner confirmed the dealer abruptly processed an Ohio title in my name on July 24 without my knowledge or signature, trying to force a frozen transaction.As of July 28 at 5 PM, my demand expired.
