I called before going in to test drive a 2009 Rav4 Ltd with 24,290miles, to see if the internet price of $23,992 would be honored. I printed the internet listing and presented it to Joe,a manager. I was happy to find that they did honor the price, although I was told on the phone that the car was listed on the lot for $25,600. The sticker on the car though, was $24,500. They charge $100 for computer fee, and another $100 for accounting fee along with the DMV processing fee of $200. I wasn't keen on paying the computer and accounting fee, so they agreed to knock $200 off the internet price, so I paid $23,792. The whole process took 4 hours but everyone was cordial and accommodating. Ask for Roger if you plan on using this dealer. More
