Salesman Gus Netto SALESMAN: Gus Netto - EXCELLENT AUTO MAX Framingham - EXCELLENT I needed to buy a car and researched on the computer for 5 weeks. On my first trip, SALESMAN: Gus Netto - EXCELLENT AUTO MAX Framingham - EXCELLENT I needed to buy a car and researched on the computer for 5 weeks. On my first trip, Salesman Gus let me test drive one car, but I wasn't sure what I wanted. Then weeks later I found a 2018 Chevy Impala I wanted, listed in Framingham Auto Max. On my second trip, I called Gus to see if it was available, he said yes come down in a hour. I came in and was interested in the Impala and one other car and test drove the Impala. Gus listed my pros and cons for both cars and I decided on the Impala. I tried to negotiate on the price and he asked me if I found anything lower, I said no. Actually in my 5 week computer research I could not find any price EVEN CLOSE to Auto Max Framingham!! We negotiated on the price on my trade in and Gus actually told me I should ask manager approval for the trade in price that was higher than mine. I decided on buying the 2018 Impala. The Car Fox Report was GREAT, condition of car was Great, the price I paid was GREAT!! In my research, I found that ALL of the local dealerships prices were MUCH HIGHER for the same car, that I bought at Auto Max Framingham. Gus told me if I buy an additional remote he would program it for no charge, which he did. Gus also told me that if I have any question on how to operate any accessory call him anytime or come in and he will explain. I was very happy with the price and the fact the car was covered on GM Warranty for 3 years on total drive train and 1 year on all else on car. I am not the easiest person to get along with, but had NO PROBLEMS with Gus or the management. Gus was very patient with me, he went out of his way to show me cars and explain everything. He was nice, NOT PUSHY and very easy to get along with. I totally recommend to anyone looking for a used car to go to Auto Max Framingham and ASK for Gus. Salesman Gus Netto is a GREAT MAN, a GREAT and HONEST SALESMAN and I feel very fortunate to have had him deal with me, in buying the Chevrolet Impala!! More
