Excellent experience I recently found myself in a position where I needed to buy another car fast – like within just a few days. I did not want to buy new but at the same time was apprehensive about having to face the used car scene. I did a lot of looking around online first, decided on couple of makes and models to look at, number of miles which would be acceptable to me, and a price that I was willing to pay. After visiting multiple dealerships from central MA to southern NH, I found myself most impressed by Automax Pre-Owned in Framingham, MA. They had a huge selection of extremely well maintained vehicles of all makes and models as well as a friendly and professional staff – from sales to finance. My sales rep, Matt Gava, was terrific to work with. He was very no-pressure, easy to speak and work with, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I felt very comfortable working with Matt and most of all, I felt like I could trust him. I’ve now been driving around for nearly two weeks in my new car and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend Automax Pre-Owned in Framingham and I would also most definitely highly recommend asking for Matt Gava. More

Well, no your job is to make sure my needs are met with the hole process, which I guess you are not capable to fulfill. Never ever will I recommend Automax. To be truthful, I have a hard time trusting car salesmen, however Paul has never done anything to break our trust. He makes everything easy and fast, and takes care of any issues with the car that you have while inspecting it yourself. If you take it home and somethings wrong, no problem he will take it back and fix it. He took care of everything for me, all I had to do was pick it up and have it inspected. Easy peasy and I love my car!! Thanks Paul! More
