Disappointed in management Our sales rep, Mike Hanley, was great.However, we tried to pay cash for a car here and the manager told mike that we could not. Daniel Was the name o Our sales rep, Mike Hanley, was great.However, we tried to pay cash for a car here and the manager told mike that we could not. Daniel Was the name of the manager. Daniel had mike tell us that if we would finance the car, we could walk out with it that day. However if we didn’t we would have to take our chances and come back the next day with a bank check. We were so glad to hear this was a one price store and hopes that meant that we would avoid the usual haggling. We were appalled to realize that this model just has another scam set up to manipulate buyers into using financing even if they don’t need it. This kind of twisted logic is the reason so many people in this country have ruined credit and why there are so many cars at auction because people buy cars they cannot afford. I am disgusted. Please do not let this review affect Mike. He was good and honest and very helpful. More

Exactly what sales and service should be... I called Automax for a specific reason and they nailed it.. I had a budget and car type requirement oh and a 48 hour window to purchase, register, ins I called Automax for a specific reason and they nailed it..
