I am coming in September 12 for brake work. Write up notes protection plan but does not describe it nor has anyone. Please explain. Also on August 13 were tires rotated? I said not now as they are new tires purchased from you. It appears they did and charged me anyhow. Please investigate. Lastly our family has had many Acuras- myself 3. Loaners were important to us and non-existing now unless a recall. Only you have serviced our cars for over 30 years but my loyalty is being sorely tested. Please answer by voicemail or email.
