I had my car serviced. The customer service was excellent & the turnaround time was even better. However, the atmosphere was less than mediocre. For a luxury car dealership and the money they charge for different services it should be better like the other Acura dealership. The other one makes you feel top notch. The other dealerships waiting room is nice size with cell phone chargers , tvs, variety of snack, nice coffee maker w/ variety, chips. Hunt Valley had water (warm) & diet coke. The coffee machine looked like one in a mechanic shop. The waiting room is small and looks like a mechanic shop waiting room. Hunt valley step up. Love the customer service. More

The Service Center for my 2012 TL was great again similar to all service visits since 2012. John was great in his assessment, communication and resolution of outstanding issues with the TL. My experience with the service center was terrible to say the least. Communication was very poor. After having my car for two days the dealership still could not diagnose the issue properly and tried to come the least. Communication was very poor. After having my car for two days the dealership still could not diagnose the issue properly and tried to come up with other issues as the cause. I took my car to another service center where the issue was found in a few hours and fixed the same day. I will never go back to AutoNation Acura. This is the second bad experience I have had with them and I will never purchase or service a car with them in the future. More
