Dropped my car off the night before for a recall appt the next morning. Received a video explaining the inspection results and recommendations, and car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Only next morning. Received a video explaining the inspection results and recommendations, and car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Only issue I have is that the recall stated the service would only take 15 minutes and it would have been more efficient if I could have brought it in, had it done at the appointed time, and been done instead of having to leave it and get someone to meet me there there and drive me home, then have someone drive me back to pick it up, very inconvenient! More
