Service at AutoNation Acura in Sanford has been excellent every time I have taken my car in for maintenance over the last 8 years. The atmosphere in the waiting area is wonderful. I loved the video the service technician texted me showing me on my car the things that need attention and why while it was still on the lift. I highly recommend this dealership. More

The service reps are first-rate, especially Carolyn Roy. Service techs do excellent work...though Acura gets top dollar for parts and service. No complaints here, however. Sometimes work is done well and sometimes it’s not. You never know what you are going to get! The folks are great in person but the phone service to schedule or follow up is very lacking in every way. You never know what you are going to get! The phone call messages not returned and the scheduling process is not a luxury experience AT ALL! And the texting once you leave when work is done but have an issue also falls on deaf ears. So moral of story is if you are fortunate to have a good initial call breathe sigh of relief that was a 50/50 shot. Then once work is done and if it’s done right breathe another sigh of relief that was another 50/50 shot that whet your way. If you have to call back or text afterwards forget about it because you are 100 not going to get anyone to respond. More
